Founded in 1943 by Reuben and Edith Nadler, Nadler's Meats has grown into a third-generation family owned and operated business.
Nadler's originally began as a meat processing company, processing 2,000 beef and hogs annually. In 1971, Reuben's son, Glen Nadler, joined the family business. Glen's desire to expand the family business to include cooked products prompted the creation of the company's first summer sausage in 1975.
That summer sausage recipe has won numerous awards and prompted Glen to expand his cooked products into snack sticks and a variety of summer sausages, which have been offered to consumers for decades. Nadler's quickly became one of the largest deer processors in the state of Missouri with their great selection of cooked products.
Today, this third-generation business processes over 1,000 beef, 1,000 hogs, 2,500 deer, feed 65,000 people, wholesales product throughout the state of Missouri, and ships gift boxes and online orders to customers nationwide.
