About Us

Humboldt Springs Farm sits on the historic site of the pre-Civil War village of Humboldt, Missouri. Once a thriving village named after the owner of the local general store, Humboldt slowly declined after the St. Louis - San Francisco Railway bypassed it for a location a mile south, Crocker. Today, Humboldt lives on through a cemetery with gravestones dating back to the 1870s and an old concrete cistern fed by a year-round spring.

Product Description

Humboldt Springs Farm nurtures over 750 thornless blackberry and 200 blueberry plants, a growing orchard with a variety or apple and pear species, as well as elderberries and a persimmon grove. During harvest season, Humboldt Springs Farm is a U-Pick farm. All of our produce is organic and does not contain chemical pesticides. In addition to our U-Pick produce, we have a year-round farm stand with seasonal prepackages berries, cottage-prepared goods, gifts and decor such as artisan soaps and lotions, apparel, and local artwork.
