About Us
Our business was founded in 2025 to preserve the fresh fruits and vegetables grown on our family farm while retaining as close to 100% of their original nutrients as possible. By freeze-drying only, the highest-quality produce, we create nutritious, great-tasting products with a shelf life of 25–30 years. The idea grew from my childhood in 4-H, where I learned gardening and how to identify top-quality produce. After purchasing a freeze dryer in late 2024, a local coffee shop began selling our products in early 2025. Demand quickly expanded, leading us to build a commercial licensed kitchen on our northern Missouri farm. We grew through farmers markets and local storefronts, and in January 2026 began selling in Hy-Vee stores. Today, we proudly offer healthy, ready-to-eat snacks across southern Iowa and central Missouri.
Product Description
On our farm we produce a large quantity of sweet corn, apples, many types of berries, those are all Freeze Dried. After seeing how fast our homegrown products sold, we have since outsourced for several different types of fruits and vegetables. Choosing only the highest quality fresh fruits and vegetables we simply clean, cut, freeze dry and package. Each package has a shelf life of 25 years, or more is packaged in a windowed bag to where the consumer can see the products before purchase. Being able to see the food in the bag, gives the consumer a chance to judge for themselves. The products look beautiful, and the taste keeps the customer returning again and again. Which personally warms my heart knowing that we are contributing to healthy eating and promoting the health of others in our surrounding counties.
