The Farmer's Daughter opened in June of 2021 in Thayer Mo. The Farmer's Daughter is a "modern day mercantile" providing superior quality food, meats, craft, and artisan goods while supporting local producers whenever possible. The owner Kristin Newman is the daughter of a farmer where she learned the value of hard work, compassion, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
