Catnip Budz started in 1996 with a backyard discovery and a very opinionated cat named Bogart. What began as a small batch of hand-picked catnip buds has grown into a generational, Missouri-based business dedicated to giving cats a stronger, longer-lasting catnip experience.
Product Description
We produce whole bud catnip and refillable toys that are grown and assembled in Missouri. Most catnip on shelves is mowed, sun-dried, and ground, which releases and evaporates the plant’s natural oils. We pick only the buds—the most fragrant part of the plant—and dry them carefully to preserve those oils. The result is catnip that’s more potent than many milled brands, aroma-rich right out of the bag, and longer-lasting so play sessions stay exciting.
