Heritage Rice is a product from the Stewart family, a 7th generation farming family from Bloomfield, MO. Their family traditions are deep-rooted in honesty and faithful stewardship of the land. The Stewart's oversee every aspect of the farm, from planting and harvesting, to milling and bagging. This ensures that every bag comes straight from their family to yours. Preserving the integrity of their crops through their ancestral practices is imperative to the Stewart's. When buying Heritage Rice, consumers can follow their product from the field to table, with confidence that this is the highest quality rice on the market. While many mills offer a blended-variety rice, Heritage Rice always delivers a wholesome, specific product. This allows both chefs and home cooks culinary freedom and consistency.
Product Description
We produce premium Medium Grain, Long Grain, and Brown Rice, grown and milled on our family farm for true farm-to-table quality. Our Medium Grain is tender with a slightly sticky texture, ideal for poke bowls, sushi, and stir-fries. Our Long Grain features a firm, dry, non-sticky finish perfect for pilafs and everyday meals. Our Premium Brown Rice is a nutritious whole-grain option with a nutty flavor and higher fiber content. All of our rice is 100% traceable from field to bag, single-variety, and never blended.
