Our 126 acres of beautiful ground consist of mature timber and creek-bottom habitat, creating ideal conditions for deer and turkey hunting, all within an hour's drive from Springfield. Two spring-fed ponds and a spring-fed creek keep water flowing year-round, attracting wildlife, and bolstering the property’s natural habitat. Timbered hillsides provide excellent cover for whitetail and movement, and the lower-lying creek bottoms offer quiet, secluded corridors that make for effective stand or blind placement. Access across the land is straightforward, with clearings and trails allowing for easy navigation on foot or by ATV. Outside hunting season, the property welcomes those looking to reconnect with the outdoors, whether it’s hiking along shaded creek beds, pitching a tent under the stars, or setting up for a day of birdwatching or photography.
