We offer split sides, halves, and whole beef, as well as convenient beef packages for families and freezers of all sizes. Locations
All beef from Ertel Cattle Company is custom processed locally at Special D Meats in Macon, Missouri, ensuring quality and freshness in every cut. Products can be conveniently shipped nationwide, bringing our premium, home-raised beef straight from our farm to your doorstep. Local customers are welcome to pick up orders directly at the farm every Friday afternoon from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Please contact us in advance to schedule your pickup or to learn more about available beef packages.
