Mid Mo Beefalo is a regenerative farm raising grass finished Beefalo in central Missouri without the use of steroids, growth hormones, or antibiotics. We rotationally grave our Beefalo, providing them the freshest and most nutritious grasses and forbs to eat. We truly believe, better soil, better grass, better Beefalo, better meat, better us.
Product Description
Beefalo is a unique breed of Bison and cattle recognized by the USDA to having 66% less fat, 79% less calories and 1/3rd the cholesterol of traditional beef.
