About Us
Nick is a foodie at heart. He loves to make sure everything he cooks has the “extra” factor. Using a family recipe as a base, he created the original sauce. He then used many of the same ingredients to develop the spicy and golden sauces. Nick decided to make his sauces available so others can enjoy the "extra" factor as well. Each bottle is bulk produced by MK Sauce Company in St. Louis, MO, meeting all FDA regulations. We have been selling locally only, but are open to branching out!! Nick’s Barbecue Company is veteran owned and family operated by Nick with the help of his wife, daughter, and son.
Product Description
We currently sell three sauces for our customers to enjoy: Original Sauce- In 2019, Nick started the journey of perfecting an old family recipe for what is now known as an AWARD-WINNING SAUCE. This sauce pairs excellently with all meats, making them a cut above the BEST. Spicy Sauce- In 2020 Nick added some heat to his award-winning original sauce. This spicy sauce pairs excellently with all meats, making them a cut above the BEST. Add some HEAT to your MEAT! Golden Sauce- In 2023, the golden sauce was created. This sauce combines mustard with the perfect blend of ingredients found in Nick’s award -winning barbecue sauce. This sweet and tangy sauce pairs excellently with chicken, pork, and burgers.
