Cottage Baked is a granola business started in 2023 by Erin Hass, based in Centralia, Missouri. The business offers a variety of granola flavors crafted with care and real ingredients, prioritizing authenticity and a personal touch. Now operating from a commercial kitchen, Erin is expanding Cottage Baked to include sales in stores and online, while continuing to connect with customers at farmer's markets, festivals and fairs across Missouri, sharing her love for wholesome, handcrafted granola.
Product Description
Cottage Baked produces and sells a different variety of gourmet granola. I strive to use local ingredients when I can. I like to use real food with real flavors. I use local raw honey in my granola and free range local eggs in my baked goods. I use seasonal fruits when they’re available.
