Cottage Baked is a homemade granola business started in 2023 by Erin Hass, operating under Missouri’s cottage food law. Based in Centralia, Missouri, the business specializes in creating different varieties of granola, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Cottage Baked is dedicated to delivering real, authentic flavors while maintaining a home-based, personal touch. Erin enjoys selling at local farmers' markets and festivals around mid-Missouri, where she can connect with customers and share her passion for wholesome, handcrafted granola.
Product Description
Cottage Baked produces and sells a different variety of gourmet granola. I strive to use local ingredients when I can. I like to use real food with real flavors. I use local raw honey in my granola and free range local eggs in my baked goods. I use seasonal fruits when they’re available.
