About Us
We are a Missouri-based commercial cattle company that raises premium cattle and beef. With a century of farming, livestock management and commodity trading experience. we believe a cross-bred commercial herd produces the highest quality of beef. We primarily raise Angus-based cattle bred to Hereford, Simmental, and Charolais sires. Our roots run deep in Missouri agriculture. Eli Mershon settled in the Fort Osage area of Jackson County in 1865 and shortly thereafter purchased his first 160 acres of land. The family has farmed continuously in the area ever since, and the original farm is a designated Missouri Century Farm. Throughout the generations, our farm has been successfully involved in production agriculture. Today, we provide customers delicious, tender and wholesome beef. They return for more because we provide a consistently great and dependable product.

Family owned and operated, Mershon Cattle specializes in all natural grass and grain fed beef. We hand select each animal, ensuring that you receive a delicious and tender cut of beef in every bite! We provide a wide variety of high-quality beef -- from mouth-watering steaks, to juicy roasts and flavorful ground beef.
