About Us
We established our business in 2015 with a family salsa recipe. My mother, Susan, and my uncle, Paul, perfected the recipe over 30 years. We have transformed that recipe into five fabulous flavors. We still make it from our own family produce on our own farm. This was Grandpa Ted Feldman's farm where tomatoes and other vegetables have been grown for generations.
Product Description
We produce, bottle, and distribute PS Salsa, "From our garden to your table." We make it from our family farm produce, so we know what is going into each bottle. It comes in five flavors: Mild, Medium, Hot, Fire, Inferno. We also sell our family farm summer produce, such as, tomatoes (red, yellow, and green), cherry & chello tomatoes, green peppers, jalapenos, banana peppers, onions, green beans, squash, zucchini, cucumbers, okra, and melons.
Locations
Our summertime roadside stand is open between July and October. It is in the parking lot west of The Lake Stop gas station at 677 NW US Hwy 50, Centerview, MO 64019. Roadside Stand Hours of Operation: Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday 10-5 & Sunday 11-4 PS Salsa can be purchased year around at The Lake Stop gas station (Centerview), Lilac Lanes (Windsor), Sutherlands Home Improvement (Kansas City-Wornall, Raytown, and Harrisonville) and K&A Creations (Holden). Our Salsa kitchen, located at 102 W. Rosehill Rd, Centerview, MO 64019, is by appointment only.
