Ice Cream Factory is a Missouri ice cream and manufacturing company based in Lebanon, MO, and part of PNC Brands Group, LLC. We craft small-batch premium ice cream with real ingredients and our own in-house bakery inclusions, filling containers and tubs for grocery, foodservice, and partners. Alongside our Ice Cream Factory brand, we also offer co-manufacturing, contract production using custom formulas, and private label programs built from our in-house recipes, including dairy-free and specialty frozen desserts. Even with added scale, we stay small-batch at heart, focused on consistency, clean ingredient labels, and products that truly perform on the shelf and in the freezer."
