About Us
Zimmerman Meats is a meat processing plant serving customers across southern Missouri. Our primary services are USDA-inspected and custom-exempt harvest and processing for beef, hogs, lamb, goats, and bison. We also provide game processing on a seasonal basis.
In addition to processing services at our plant in Summersville, Zimmerman Meats also has retail stores in Salem and Marshfield, where we offer fresh and frozen meats as well as other grocery and household merchandise.
Product Description
Processing - For customers who raise their own livestock, we offer USDA-inspected harvest and processing. Alternatively, we’re glad to purchase a locally raised animal on behalf of customers, and butcher the meat to their specifications.
Retail – Our products include steaks, roasts, and burger, together with bacon, ham, sausage, bratwurst, and ready-to-eat summer sausage, snack sticks, and jerky.
