About Us
We are a certified organic mushroom farm in central Missouri. We also grow flowers and greens, and practice regenerative agriculture. This means never spraying, never tilling the soil, and cycling spent mushroom substrate onto our beds.
Product Description
We grow several types of oyster mushrooms (blue, Italian & elm) as well as lion's mane and select specialty culinary mushrooms. As a certified organic mushroom farm our mushrooms grow in chemical-free substrate. Our flowers are field-grown and sold locally.
