Cedar Stone Bison is Service Disabled and Veteran owned small business, on a humble family operated ranch in Lenox, Missouri. We began with the concept to create something better for our families, friends, and anyone else seeking to enhance their diet through sustainable grass-fed bison. Our bison are raised grass-fed/grass finished. They are happy and healthy on our ranch using rotational grazing methods. It is an honor to help raise awareness for our national mammal and give them a spotlight as a healthy addition in our food industry.
