About Us
Just Enough Heat started in Oct 2014 when the family business of 50 years was sold. Isham Nelson decided to take a bad situation and turn it into an opportunity. While starting as a Spicy Food and Hot Sauce of the Month Club, Just Enough Heat quickly expanded to producing our own sauces and eventually into Co-Packing for other companies.
Product Description
Just Enough Heat's signature item is Parmiago Cheese Spread. Parmiago is a gourmet blend of Asiago & Parmesan Cheese marinated in garlic and herb infused olive oil. Parmiago comes in mild Original, medium Smokey and hot Ghost Pepper. Just Enough Heat also features a line of mustards, salsa, hot sauce, margarita mix and BBQ sauces in addition to Mango Flowers (mangos on a stick) the the Overland Park Farmer's Market.
