About Us
J-H Trading, LLC is a family-owned cattle farm in Waco, Missouri. We raise American Wagyu Akaushi and Angus cattle. 100% all-natural, grass fed and grain finished with no hormones or antibiotics. Roger Hines has been raising cattle since the mid 80’s. We own J-H Cattle Co. Meat Store in Joplin, Missouri, where we feature our farm-to-table beef along with other Missouri raised proteins such as pork and chicken. We are members of the American Akaushi Association and have been voted 2024 Best Butcher Shop in the Four States Area. Our products are also available online to be shipped to the lower 48 states. Product Description
Akaushi beef is known to be a flavorful meat. It's known to have an intense marbling due to its higher levels of monosaturated fatty acids and its high oleic acid content. These fatty acids are known to reduce cholesterol and increase the health benefits of the meat. Akaushi beef also has a high concentration of conjugated linoleic acid, a compound that has been shown to help reduce cholesterol and improve overall immune system performance.
