About Us
We are the first distillery in northeast Missouri, we offer free tours and tastings. We started our journey October 2016 and opened in May 2020. We handcrafted our still from the ground up.
Product Description
Being agriculturally based, we grow our corn locally within seven miles from the distillery. We grow a very rare corn called Jimmy Red Corn; we are the second in the United States to use this type of corn. Any spent mash is fed back to livestock. We will feed this spent mash back to animals to eventually be farm to table.
