About Us
We are a family and veteran owned farm. Weller Beef was begun to breed our own herd of Gelbvieh, Balancer, and Angus beef to a superior level through our own breeding selections. We strive to breed cattle that are known for their docility and good maternal instincts. We also strive to blend those traits with high quality traits like marbling, carcass weight, and rib eye quality. We don't strive for speed of growth, but for quality of growth.
Product Description
We offer family farm bred, pasture raised beef for you and your family to enjoy. Our momma cows live their lives on our pastures. Their calves grow on the same pastures with them. We offer grass fed and finished beef to our retail market. We also offer traditionally fed beef from weaning on. Our cattle enjoy the hay we grow and harvest right here on our pastures. Delivery to your door is free of charge in the Kansas City area, as well as we pay the butcher's processing fees. All you pay for is the meat.
