About Us
Shelburne Hills Farm is a small, family owned and operated 7th-generation Missouri Century Farm. Our cattle are born & pasture-raised on our family farm in the Hickory-Poosey area of Grundy County, MO, and are cared for by hand on a daily basis. We have carefully cultivated our family's cattle herd based on desired traits and genetics to achieve cows that are hardy, adaptive, and quality beef producers. And it is our passion to share that quality beef with you and your family.
Product Description
Shelburne Hills Farm offers home-grown, grain-finished, dry-aged local beef from our family farm to your table. Our grain-finished beef is antibiotic, steroid & added hormone free. We get our finishing feed locally from Trenton, Missouri. Our beef is always locally dry-aged 14-21 days for maximum flavor and tenderness, and vacuum sealed for maximum freshness. Supporting area businesses is important - both to us and to our future as a local community.
