About Us
We started High Prairie Cattle Company because I love the ranching way of life. To me, there is nothing more enjoyable and amazing than growing grass from soil, sunlight and rain, and turning that grass into healthy and delicious beef. I've had this passion for ranching since I was a young boy. It’s truly in my blood, and I feel this is what God put me here to do. It is truly a blessing to live this way and I hope my lifestyle can bring a healthy meal to your table someday.
Product Description
We produce pasture based beef products to give our friends, family, and neighbors a different option than beef from the grocery store. Our beef is dry aged for 21 days, bringing out this bold taste and creating a succulent and tender piece of meat. Our beef is local, pasture raised, and totally natural.
