About Us
USDA Missouri Processing Facility owned by local Missouri farmers. We specialize in custom beef & pork processing along with USDA processing. We have a local retail store in our facility with beef & pork cuts provided by our trusted farmers. We opened the plant in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic to assist with filling the need of more processing plants in the area.
Product Description
We offer a custom and USDA processing service along with retail beef and pork. The beef and pork are provided by our owners who practice rotational grazing methods and grain-finish for the perfect texture, marbling, and flavor. You can't beat the quality!
