Chef Pure Foods (CPF) and its Pure Plant Jerky offerings are part of a nutritional Plant Based Products movement across the globe. My wife and I started the business last February after our R&D, testing, etc. last year. 63% of US consumers between 24 & 39 believe their nutritional needs can be fully met with a plant-based diet. This is CPF’s target market, plus schools and those who have suffered or suffer a chronic disease and wish to follow a healthier lifestyle.

Chef Pure Foods use natural, raw, dehydrated vegetables to save the nutritional ingredients, a scientifically-based, Culinology method for making plant-based Veggie Jerky to mirror animal proteins. Culinology is characterized by the blending of food science & culinary arts. Chef Pure will make its products utilizing local ingredients, higher nutritional value, taste factor, reduce food waste, eliminate the middleman & require less transportation.
