About Us


We are a family farm dedicated on growing the finest gourmet mushrooms which we deliver fresh weekly directly to restaurants. We specialize in Italian Oyster mushrooms which are a year-round favorite with chefs we serve.

Product Description


We grow our mushrooms hydroponically on sterilized grow blocks made of hardwood pellets, soybean hulls and water. They never touch dirt. We deliver them in recyclable plastic totes to avoid cardboard waste. We deliver within 18 hours of harvest to insure our chefs have at least 5 days of fresh product.

We sell directly to restaurants in the I-44 corridor from Waynesville to St. Louis and in the greater St. Louis region.
