We are a 4th and 5th generation family farm located in Truxton, MO. We are a diversified regenerative farm, meaning we follow the natural model as closely as we possibly can. We found it was easier working with Mother Nature, rather than working against her. We are primarily a grazing farm, developing a high percentage of our pastures into diverse native grass mixes.
We provide grass-fed, grass-finished beef, grass-fed grass-finished lamb, acorn fed pork, pastured duck and pastured turkey. We also provide freshwater shrimp raised in a small pond. We provide individual cuts plus whole, halves and quarters of cow, pork and lamb.
We have a retail spot at the Lake St. Louis Farmers and Artisans Market, located at the Meadows in Lake St. Louis on Saturdays from 8 am-noon. We also have an online store with Barn2Door that we use to provide pickup for our customers. We also have some of our products available for delivery via Market Wagon.
