About Us
We began our journey in 2015 when we became a local distributor for Old West Feed Company. We liked how much healthier our cattle were and wanted to share the product. We have developed some great relationships with our customers through the years.
In 2020 as COVID-19 became a pandemic, we started to see the beef prices climb and the shortage of beef in the stores. We wanted to do our part to help. This led us to start selling our local farm fresh beef. From there, we have grown to help more people in our community get local farm fresh beef that they really like.
In 2021, We added three flavors of Beef Snack Sticks to what we offer. We have grown to be in several stores. We also attend three different Farmer's Markets: Saturdays at Greater Polk County Farmer's Market in Bolivar and Farmer's Market of the Ozarks in Springfield.
We value each and every customer that we work with and hope to keep building more and more relationships.
Product Description
We sell Farm Fresh Beef. We have Ground Hamburger, Premade Hamburger Patties, a variety of Roast (Arm, Rump, Chuck, London Broil and Eye of Round), Filet Mignon, KC Strip Steak, Ribeye Steak, Brisket, Beef Marrow Bones, Back Ribs, Short Ribs and Prime Rib.
