We are a cooperative of five farmers who want to serve Linn County and the surrounding area. We specialize in custom meat processing and curing. We offer premium products at an affordable price, putting quality meats in your freezer and our counter. We also offer a wide variety of grocery and specialty items. We are proud to be your hometown butcher shop!
Product Description
We offer custom beef, pork, lamb and goat processing as well as cured meat services. Our retail location also features a fresh meat counter, deli meat and cheese counter, meat bundles, frozen meat and grocery, shelf stable grocery, bulk candy and Missouri Grown USA products. We offer deli sandwiches daily and a lunch special on Friday.
