Green Dirt Farm crafts exquisite, award winning, artisan cheeses that are both traditional and unique, are good for you and the planet and will delight your senses and bring joy to your heart. From the beginning our focus has been on crafting the very best cheeses using farm practices that protect our soil, take care of our animals and nurture our community. The quality of our cheese making speaks for itself. Since our first years of making cheese for sale, our cheeses have won more than 80 awards in prestigious cheese and artisan food competitions like the American Cheese Society annual competition, the World Championship Cheese Contest, and the Good Food Awards.
Green Dirt Farm hand crafts our award winning cheeses using milk sourced from our farm and from other nearby sheep and cow dairies. All of our partner farms promise to uphold our rigorous standards for animal welfare and sustainability. We and our partner farms have received the Animal Welfare Approved® certification from the organization A Greener World. We sell our cheeses direct to customers at our store in Weston and through our website. We're proud to feature many other Missouri small batch food artisans in our store, including KC Canning Co; Salume Beddu, TerraVox wines, Messner Farms Honey and Fair Share Farms Ferments.
