About Us
We are three ranch wives who decided to take on the task of marketing the beef our family raises. We know we produce great tasting, healthy beef and are working hard to provide that same great beef for you and your family. Partnering with a local MDA inspected processor, we are looking forward to selling nearly ALL of our cattle direct to you.
Product Description
We raise grass fed and grain finished Simmental/Angus beef cattle. Calves stay in the pasture with their mommas until they're 6 to 8 months old. At that point they're weaned and placed in a feed lot on our farms. They will spend the rest of their lives in feedlots, eating grain, hay, and mineral. We feed our cattle until they are roughly 18 months of age. Our processor ages our beef 14 to 21 days for taste and tenderness. Our cattle are a birth to finish Missouri grown product and utilize Missouri grown corn and forages.
Locations
We do most of our sales direct off the farms - one located on Hwy D just south of Mexico, MO and one on Audrain Rd 408, just a mile or so off Hwy 54 east of Mexico. We also participate in the Mexico Farmer's Market from April through September.
