Two of many ingredients from our earth intrigue me, seaweeds and healing mushrooms. As a foodie and health coach and former owner and practitioner in the beauty business, I was very aware of topical and culinary implications to wellness & beauty.

I now make products for the skin as well as concentrated plant powerhouses in the form of dried powders to use while cooking or eating that boost flavor and nutrition.

Beverage boosters used in warm beverages and a savory seasoning that can be used in the kitchen and at the table to enhance flavor and boost nutrition which remind us of simple ways to implement more plants into our diet.

Mushrooms, those culinary and medicinal and the ones that are both, are true historically healing ingredients of our earth that heal the earth, animals and us. There is even a particular strain that “eats” plastic that man created and is choking our oceans.

I source all of my raw ingredients from third party checked certified organic suppliers.
