KC Cattle Company is a Veteran Owned/Veteran Operated wagyu beef operation in Weston, MO that focuses on providing a superior beef product to its customers both locally and throughout the United States. As former members of the United States armed forces, KC Cattle Company employees, look to bring the lessons learned through sweat, blood and hardship in the service to their practices in agriculture.
Product Description
KC Cattle Company raises Wagyu cattle. Wagyu is a Japanese breed of cattle that have extraordinary amounts of intramuscular fat development in their muscles, along with a lower melting temperature of the intramuscular fat. These traits combined make for a unique and delectable eating experience.

Currently our product is available for sale on our website, but we are working with a local grocery store chain to carry a few of our products.
