About Us
We are a husband and wife farm team located in Cuba, Missouri. Matt is an 8th generation farmer and in 2018 Matt and I (his wife, Rockael) decided to start selling meat direct to consumer so our community could have easy access to high-quality meat. We want families around Missouri to get back to the basics of cooking together in the kitchen. We practice sustainable farming and rotational grazing methods to utilize and take care of the land as much as possible. In 2020, we partnered with local Missouri farmers to open a USDA processing facility called Oak Hill Meats and Processing. This way, we can oversee our animals from start to finish!
Product Description
We pasture-raise pork and beef on a farm located in Cuba, Missouri along Brush Creek. We grain-finish our animals for that perfect marbling, texture and flavor. We practice a rotational grazing method where our animals are moved to new pastures, keeping our grasses' nutrients high.
