Windswept Farm Irish Dexter Beef. Five miles south of Willard, MO.
We began raising Dexters in 2016. We process two steers every two months creating amazing steaks, brats, roasts, smoked sausage, breakfast sausage and prime rib.

We raise Irish Dexter cattle for herd improvement/replacement and Irish Dexter Gourmet Beef, right here in the Ozarks.
Farm raised, grass fed two years, grain finished, raised without antibiotics and steroids.
