We began raising Dexters in 2016. We process two steers every two months creating amazing steaks, brats, roasts, smoked sausage, breakfast sausage and prime rib.
We raise Irish Dexter cattle for herd improvement/replacement and Irish Dexter Gourmet Beef, right here in the Ozarks.
