About Us
Our family started making jam in Michigan twenty years ago. I ended up in Missouri and decided to venture into the same market. We started producing jam in La Plata, MO in early 2015. The name JamTrak was inspired by the heavily traveled track running between Chicago and Kansas City.
Product Description
Our jam is made in small, open kettle batches. The jam is all natural, no artificial flavors, colors or corn syrup, in our certified, inspected kitchen in La Plata, MO.

We self distribute to Mosers Foods and select Hy-Vees in MO, IA and IL.
Lucky's Market in Columbia, MO and Rock Hill, MO
