About Us
RGM Farms is a family-owned, five-acre working farm and guesthouse nestled in the scenic oak forests of Bourbon, Missouri. Founded by Chuck and Donna Ray in 1993, our farm is the realization of a thirty-year vision to create a peaceful "campus" where guests can disconnect from the hustle of modern life and reconnect with nature, community, and heritage.
Our History & Vision
The story of RGM Farms began over three decades ago with a dream to provide a rural, tranquil setting for family and friends to rejuvenate. In 2018, that vision took root as we began developing our property into a multifaceted agritourism destination. Our name and mission are inspired by the concept of Ravah Gan—a "watered garden"—with the goal of being a place that "slakes the thirst" of every visitor through rest and spiritual reflection.
