About Us
From a passion for BBQ, I decided to see what would happen if I wood fire roasted a variety of nuts. After numerous trials, it was the pistachio that by far was the one that had the best flavor. I developed and perfected the wood fire roasting fire method, designed and fabricated the roasters, and with encouragement from family and friends, began to market Tastachios (Tasty + Pistachios). The brand has grown throughout the state and beyond.
Product Description
Tastachios are wood fire roasted pistachios. On customized roasters I perfected a wood fire roasting method to create an all-natural flavor not found in any other snack nut. Tastachios are described as "Addictingly Good" and "Oh Wow" as the most common response. Tastachios are a good source of plant protein and a healthy indulgence. Enjoy!
