We have four varieties of thornless blackberries: Natchez, the earliest ripening thornless blackberry variety; Caddo, early to mid-season, produces large fruit with good, sweet flavor; Ouachita, produces a bounty of large firm berries with good flavor; Triple Crown, late mid-season produces large flavorful fruit that is ideal for jams, baking and freezing.

We have utilized the Rotating Cross-Arm trellis system. The trellis is laid down to allow the blossom to orient to the sunshine and the berries develop on one side for easy picking when the trellis is raised to the vertical position. It also is advantageous to better control disease and insects.
