We are family owned and run a grass based dairy farm producing farmstead artisan cheeses that we sell in our farm store. Our cheese plant is located on our farm, which is listed on the national historic registry. Our bed and breakfast is in the hay loft of our post and beam barn. You can watch us make our cheese and follow the steps through windows into the milking parlor and cheese plant.

All our cheeses are produced from the milk we get from our herd of registered Jersey cows. Our cows have been bred to produce very rich milk and the cheese maker takes full advantage of the milk by making cheese that are know for their rich buttery flavors. The variety of cheeses changes as the seasons and the cows eating habits change. We make an Owensville Gouda and a Danish Howda cheese. We have Havarti and aged Edam available as well. Our flavored cheeses are from a Queso Blanco cheese and are spiced with local favorites such as BBQ dry Rub, Ranch Dressing, and Garlic.The cheese maker's wife has a large following and sells all natural soaps.
Our on the farm store is open on the weekend from10 am to 6 pm. Open appointment only during the week.
The bed and breakfast is open all year long.
