Product Description

Our hens are free to walk the farm's 10 acres from dawn to dusk where they graze on grass, bugs, worms, and fly larvae. They are provided constant access to clean, fresh water and Purina's flock raiser feed and are given garden seconds when available.

We grow herbs, celery, paste and salsa tomatoes, beets, cucumbers, lettuces, arugula, spinach, okra, sunflower sprouts and pears the natural way. We use only composted waste from our farm's horses and chickens, garden, lawn and kitchen waste. This provides our produce with all of the nutrients they need. We never use pesticides...only vinegar or flour, depending on the variety of pest. Our family farm dogs keep the deer and rabbits at bay.

Our abundance of basil allows us to prepare pesto and our salsa tomatoes which are low in seeds and juice are perfect for our salsa!

Our products, excluding eggs, are available seasonally at the farm. We are there most evenings and are happy to have visitors! We only ask for a call ahead to ensure we are there!

We are located approximately 2 miles west of Six Flags, just off Fox Creek Road.
