About Us


Uncle Bob's Spice and Blends is a maker of a variety of original recipe dry spice blends, jellies' and sauces. We create and package all of our formulas in limited quantities, according to strict quality standards in order to assure consistency.

Our products are available under the Uncle Bob's label, or, you may wish to sell them by utilizing your own logo (private label). In addition, we can customize your original recipes, or develop new blends especially for you.

Our blends are formulated to enhance the flavors in food and not to overpower with unnecessary additives and bulking ingredients. We make every effort to maximize flavor, without adding too much sodium or refined sugars.

Some of our products are low sodium and some are sugar free, so restricted diets can easily be accommodated without sacrificing full flavor.

Product Description


Rib-Rub- is the most popular and has become the go to blend for many home cooks and competition BBQ chefs, it's low sodium but very flavorful, works well in all cooking applications.

Chili Margarita- a blend of honey, lime and chili peppers, works very well on, chicken, pork, and seafood, especially good on salmon. This too is low sodium.

Chicken Seasoning- Great for the traditional roasted chicken flavor, developed for supermarket rotisserie chickens, works very well in all cooking applications.

Sweet Louisiana- Mildly hot with a little sweet, gets the sweet from Stevia, this is great on chicken wings or fries, but also on raw veggies like cucumber. This one is sugar free.

Smoke'n Apple Rub- Good apple flavor for smoking your favorite meats.

Cranberry Pepper Jelly and Blueberry Pepper Jelly- The perfect amount of jalapenos, and habaneras give these appetizer jellies just the right level of heat, simply pour over cream cheese and serve with crackers or mix together for a dip.

Wrap a Brie wheel in a puff pastry and bake with the pepper jelly on top, serve with crackers, also works as a ham glaze for ham or pork loin, more recipes available.
