About Us
We are a farmer owned pecan company located in southwest Missouri. We specialize in certified Organic and non-Organic Pecans, Pecan Oil and Pecan Meal-Flour. Our native pecans grow wild in riparian floodplains and have a higher oil content that provides a 'sweeter' taste and superior flavor. We take pride in producing sustainable, heart-healthy, single ingredient products that are minimally processed and do not contain any additives, preservatives, or genetically modified derivatives.

Our native pecans come from trees that grow naturally in the floodplains and rich river bottoms in southwest Missouri. Our pecans have a higher oil content (good fats) that provide a "sweeter" flavor. These are available in Halves and Pieces (large, medium and small sizes) and offered in bulk 25lb case quantity and retail, shelf stable bags (6oz, 24oz, 3lb and 5lb). Our pecans are non-hybridized, non-GMO, gluten free and kosher certified. Available in certified Organic and non-Organic.
Our Pecan Oil is cold pressed and unrefined for optimal nutrition. Its high smoke point of 470°F, mild pecan taste and nutty flavor makes it an ideal choice for cooking, baking, stir-frying, and sautéing. Great when used as a base for salad dressings, vinaigrettes, and marinades. This delicious oil is offered in retail 8.5floz glass bottles (12 bottles/case) and various bulk sizes. Available in Certified Organic and non-Organic.
Our Pecan Meal-Flour is produced as a by-product when cold pressing pecans to extract oil or from breakage of pecan pieces. It has a mild, nutty flavor and delicate texture. It is a perfect alternative to grain flours and can be used in baked goods such as crisps, pie crusts, cookies, and muffins and for breading poultry and fish. Offered in bulk 25lb case quantity. Available in certified Organic and non-Organic.
