King Aronia Berry is located in Northeast Missouri on a farm that has been in our family for over 100 years and is nestled near the Salt River in Shelby County. Ours is a family business and we pride ourselves on hard work, a love for each other and our country, giving glory to our Heavenly Father who makes all things possible and being committed to enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future. Through the years, this farm has produced a variety of livestock and row crops. In 2011, we decided to diversify with a plant that is native to North America with unrivaled nutritional value . . . ARONIA BERRIES!!
Product Description
Beginning with approximately 5800 Viking variety Aronia berry plants on 9 +/- acres, we are now producing a fully organic super berry with increasing demand as consumers become aware of its exceptionally high nutritional and antioxidant qualities. Aronia Berries can be eaten fresh, used in baking, wine making, jams, jellies, syrup, juice, soft spreads, tea, salsa, chili starters, extracts, beer, ice cream, gummies and tinctures. In short, they can be used with, or in lieu of, virtually any other fruit.
