About Us
Spring River Cattle Company LLC ('SRCC') is a retailer of raw meats, processed meats, and related products. Our beef is from grass-fed, pastured, corn-finished cattle born and raised on our farm in Oronogo, MO. We also sell locally raised pork and lamb. All of our beef and pork are 'farm-to-table,' hormone free, and free of medicated minerals.
All animals are fed a 100% vegetarian diet. SRCC sells its proprietary all-beef franks, hot dogs, 50% beef / 50% pork bratwursts, beef sticks, and beef jerky under its Spring River Cattle Company brand. All of the beef content is sourced from Pellestrina Farms. SRCC also sells all-pork bratwurst, bacon, and similar products under another label, and sells salami, cheeses, meat sauces and rubs, chocolates, and some similar items.
Product Description
Our cattle are free-range in pastures, born and raised on our farm, hormone free, 100% vegetarian diet, no medicated minerals. This is a fully vertically integrated operation that is truly farm-to-table. Our primary beef product is mostly a Piedmontese cross-breed.
It is exceptionally tender, low in calories and cholesterol, and yet flavorful.
