About Us
Mid-America Food Hub and Training Center, LLC dba Instant Nutrition Foods was incorporated in 2017. We market our farmer members fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. In 2020 we started manufacturing Freeze-Dried and Dehydrated Soup Mixes, Vegetable and Fruit Snacks and Meat Jerkies with all ingredients purchased from local Missouri Farmers.
Product Description
Instant Nutrition Foods uses local farmer Grass-Fed, Pasture Raised meats, Chemical Free and Certified Organic vegetables and fruits to make dehydrated and freeze-dried soup mixes, vegetable and fruit snacks and meat jerkies. Packaging include Individual serving sizes, Family serving sizes, Institutional serving Sizes, and bulk 1-Gallon and 5-Gallon size containers. All packaging is FDA Food-Safety compliant.
