About Us
Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company is an award winning, family run chocolate company with a state of the art manufacturing facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The company was founded in 1981 by a husband and wife team whose three grown children now help run the company.
In addition to our retail stores, we offer tours of our factory, so visitors can walk onto the factory floor and watch chocolates being made right before their eyes! We also have a gourmet wholesale division through which we sell our bulk and packaged chocolates to specialty stores and gift shops across the country.
Our chocolates are Fair Trade Certified, and we use clean ingredients meaning our chocolates are free from artificial colors, artificial flavors, preservatives and hydrogenated oils. Please visit us at www.chocolatechocolate.com for product and tour information.
In 2019, Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company acquired Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier. Bissinger’s started in the 1600s in Paris, France when the Bissinger family made their famous confections for King Louis XIV at the Palace of Versailles. The King appointed Bissinger’s Confiseur Imperial, Confectioner to the Empire. Bissinger’s has called St. Louis home for the last 95 years. Today, both Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company and Bissinger’s chocolates are crafted in the same factory using each brand’s unique recipes.
Product Description
We manufacture fresh chocolates from scratch including caramels, truffles, creams, peanut butter, marshmallow and toffee to name a few. Our chocolates are made from clean ingredients, and we use Fair Trade Certified cocoa and cane sugar in our products.
In addition to manufacturing, we also offer tours of our factory so customers can watch our chocolates being made as we explain the process from start to finish of the chocolates being made that day.
Locations
Our factory and retail store are located at 5025 Pattison Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110. We are open Monday-Friday between 9am and 4:30pm and Saturdays 9am to 3pm.
