About Us

We started beekeeping in 2009, as a hobby. We enjoyed the art of it so much, we decided to take over ice cream production for the State Fair, which is sold by the Missouri State Beekeepers Association as a fundraiser.

After great success at the fair, we were prompted to take it to 'market', and we did! There is no stopping us as we are always looking for new locations/venues to feature/retail our product.

The pride of Missouri goes into our ice cream. We use as much Missouri product as is feasible such as blackberries, elderberries, pecans and paw paws!
