Bulone Enterprises LLC was established in 2013 and is a family owned and operated business in southwestern Missouri. We are dedicated to providing unique gourmet specialty food products. Our business is committed to using the freshest locally grown vegetables to produce the highest quality food products from original recipes that promote our Italian heritage with personalized service to our customers.
We currently manufacture 5 original family sauce and relish recipes in addition to an Italian Beef Seasoning. We have also added private brand pasta and provide a full line of handmade hand-dried pastas which are available in 3 flavors along with 4 traditional types.
Product Description
Vince's Caponata Italian Relish
This original family antipasto relish with Sicilian roots is made primarily of eggplant, peppers, olives, onions, celery and herbs. It is a dish to be enjoyed in company with others.
Vince's Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
This original family pesto recipe made primarily from roasted red peppers is full of flavor. Use it with vegetables, meat, seafood, pasta, bread, pizza and much more.
Vince's Hot & Spicy Giardiniera
This original family recipe is our hot & spicy garden relish, hand packed with lots of fresh vegetables to provide that extra crunch and flavor to many foods.
Vince's Vodka Sauce Marinara
This original family recipe uses Vodka to enhance the flavor of the tomatoes and to bind the ingredients together creating a thick, luscious marinara sauce. The alcohol cooks out while the flavors develop.
Vince's Lemon Basil Pesto
Made with local hydroponically grown Genovese basil and real lemons to create a fresh blend of flavors to make you want more. Pair with your favorite breads, meats, fish and pasta to create dishes that become your favorite recipes.
