The Independence Farmers' Market is open May through October on Wednesday and Saturday from 6 am to 1 pm. City Farmers Market and Craft Market for more than 40 years. More than 60 market selling spaces. Fresh produce, plants, fruits, eggs, honey, baked goods, and jams and jellies available. Local productions (100 mile radius). Market accepts EBT (SNAP) and offers match dollars through "Double Up Food Bucks". Also, debit cards accepted.
